DAMAGED ON DELIVERY

In the unlikely event your product is received damaged please contact us by sending an email to hello@altvan.co.uk or whatsapp to 07432 078275 with your order number, details of the issue and at least 3 photographs within 24hrs of recieving the item. Your order number can be found on your invoice or confirmation email sent at time of purchase

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order please call us on 07432 078275 to process your request for a refund. If your item has already been dispatched, please ensure that you return your purchase to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt in order to obtain a refund excluding postage costs. All shipping cost to return a cancelled order are not refundable.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 5 working days from when we recieve the returned item. Returned goods must not have been fitted and must be in a resalable condition (this does not apply to damaged/faulty goods). Returns are not possible on tools after use or electrical goods after fitting, unless the item is to be found faulty. We can not refund special order goods or orders returned after 14 Days from original receipt.
